22-24 September 2020, Forest Operations of the Future conference, Copenhagen

PRE-ANNOUNCEMENT

The “Forest Operations of the Future” conference will be held in Copenhagen from September 22-24, 2020. Organised by the Department of Geoscience and Natural Resource Management of the University of Copenhagen the Nordic-Baltic forestry sector will address the future research and innovation needs within forest operations.

One of the most important questions to investigate together is: How can the forest operations sector and industry address the long-term needs of the future wood market including traceability of sustainability certified wood, the possibility of demand shocks, cost pressures and an unpredictable and extreme climate affecting forest operations?

Several TECH4EFFECT partners plan to participate and showcase project results at this conference. Stay tuned to find out more in the upcoming weeks!
