Implementing Efficiency Portal
The next leap in efficiency gains in European forest management will come through knowledge-based management and informed business processes. The Efficiency Portal is a one stop shop for your harvesting and forest data. Data captured by machines is automatically transferred, analysed, presented in reports and benchmarking performed.

Objectives
The main objective of this work package is to ensure the successful implementation of the Efficiency Portal within and beyond the project lifetime.
- To ensure an intuitive interface of the Efficiency Portal
- To organize a series of workshops for continuous feedback from end users
- To assist in the development of business plans
- To set up national Efficiency Portal in five coutnries.
Expected results
- National Efficiency Portals in Norway, Germany, Italy, Austria and Denmark
- Business plan for each Efficiency Portal
